At Pawcredible, we want you and your dog to feel completely confident in every bowl, bite, and sprinkle. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Changed Your Mind?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation for a full refund. Just email us at support@pawcredible.co.uk, and we’ll take care of it.
Arrived but Not Quite Right?
If your item has arrived and you’re unhappy with it for any reason, you’re welcome to return it in unused, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, whichever works best for you.
How to Start a Return
Simply email support@pawcredible.co.uk with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will reply with the return address and next steps.
Important Notes
• Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging unless the item arrived damaged.
• Subscription orders follow the same policy – you can cancel or pause at any time before your next renewal is charged. (All Subscribe & Save plans have a minimum commitment of three months.)
• Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
